Help me identify this building - west of HAM

Taken from the Elbe. Somewhere near Airbus, but opposite (on the north) side of the river. I found the building interesting and would love to put a label on my photo.

I saw that building when I did a harbour boat tour of the port of Hamburg. It is really in Hamburg, just maybe a kilometer or two West of the Landungsbrcken, and it won some architectural prize when it was built.

Here's a link to the location:

Found it! It's very new, and it is called Dockland:

Not sure what is in there!

What's in there? Offices. Very expensive and posh offices.

You can walk on top of it (ferry stops there) and you get a neat view. There are also some very good restaurants around.

and even more important: some really good bars with really decent cocktails

Dockland is one of the very nice newer areas around the Elbe and one of my favorites in summer-time.
