6 hrs in Munich...
Hello FT,
not a strictly aviation related question... BUT: I'll arrive at MUC tomorrow around lunchtime, but Ms pcf will only be at the Hauptbahnhof 6 hours later.
Any thoughts regarding what to do?
I'd be immensely grateful for suggestions!
Cheers,

Welcome to Munich!
Take the S-train to the Hauptbahnhof (use a daily pass), deposit your luggage there (I think there are lockers), then take the time to explore downtown, as the station is close to the center of town. The Deutsches Museum comes to mind, or else just shopping around Marienplatz and Odeonsplatz.

It will take you roughly an hour to get to the main station.
Put your baggage in a locker, then for example just walk down to stachus and marienplatz and do some sightseeing in there.
Drive back to main station and be happy.
And yes, museum could be a good idea.
If nothing else, you do have a starbucks in the main station

Oh no, it's basically open all day. Of course, products are fresher in the morning but for the Viktualienmarkt experience of walking around and having some good food from all around the world with the specialities from Bavaria, everytime is a good time ^ Enjoy!!
