Enough transfer time T1 at MUC ?
I will be arriving at T2 on CX from HKG at 0755 and need to collect baggage and get to my next flight (separate ticket) at T1 which departs at 1100 (I will also need to check a bag in). Will 3 hours be enough assuming that flights are on time, or too tight considering changing terminals and collecting and checking in bags?
Any advice would be welcome please

So, you need to change terminals, not to mention baggage reclaim which is currently amongst the worst in Europe, not something i would consider on separate tickets

Just to clarify I will be flying into and out of T1 at MUC, sorry for my error.
Arriving on CX at 0755 T1 and departing on BA at 1055 T1 on separate tickets. Arriving on CX I will have bags to collect, so then I will have to exit then go to BA check in to check my bag in. Then security again to get airside again.
Any thoughts on if this enough time?

You do not have 3 hours.
You have that less than the BA checkin / bag drop cut off time which for MUC is 45 minutes before departure.
Though IIRC CX may (emphsise may) interline your bags to BA even on separate tickets - check with the CX board. I they do interline you'll have a much easier time.

. Do you think 3 hours is comfortable then considering its the same terminal? I still need to collect bags etc and exit and check in with bags again?
