PCR tests necessary for transit in MUC?

We are a family of EU citizens flying from LAX to VIE via MUC next Saturday.
We will only be in transit in MUC and will bring PCR tests for the two adults. We did not plan to do tests for the kids (3 years old girl and 5 months old boy) since Vienna doesn't require tests for under 6 years. Hence we would like some clarification about the rules for transit. Are tests necessary there and if yes also for toddlers/babies?

No test required, as long as you are in transit and don't intend to stay for long in Munich & surroundings.
