Coronavirus Testing at Frankfurt During Transfer

I am considering flying from LHR to LJU via FRA and booking a long layover there in order to get tested at the Centogene test centre as this would allow me to avoid 14 day quarantine when arriving to LJU. Does anyone know if it is possible to do so or do I have to stay airside trough out my transfer (I am a EU citizen if that changes anything). Also if anyone has any experience with their express service it would be greatly appreciated.

The testing centre is landslide, meaning you need to go through immigration and enter Germany anyway.

The testing center is in the walkway which connects terminal 1 with the long distance train station. I walked by it this Sunday. I saw around 30 persons waiting in line. I do not know how long the waiting time was.
