Hamburg Fine Dining

I'll be in Hamburg over the weekend and have a reservation at Haerlin.
I'm also considering Henssler & Henssler (or Ono).

Any other recommendation would be much appreciated, especially for German food.

The best in Hamburg is the Jacobs in the hotel Louis C Jacob. Great views to the Elbe as well. About 15-20 mins outside of the centre of the city. Landhaus Scherrer is very nice too.

The best fish is here:

I always liked the Brook, but didnt et for a while.

Do you stay at the Vier Jahreszeiten? If yes and you are on a Virtuoso/ FHR rate definitively dont eat at Jahreszeiten Grill, take Doc Chengs

Thanks for your suggestion, offerendum.
I'm indeed staying at the Vier Jahreszeiten and I have a reservation at Haerlin as I have to burn some Fairmont Dining Certificates. Good to know that the Grill isn't worth it.

Brook was a great recommendation offerendum.
The latest spot in Hamburg is The Table (www.thetable-hamburg.de), a 3* restaurant that opened just a few weeks ago. I'll book it on my next visit as it's supposed to be excellent.

By the way, Haerlin was absolutely amazing, one of the best meals I ever had in Germany.

Nice to hear. Unfortunally I had to cancel my Hamburg-trip
