Dear Sirs,
Good Day,
I will arrive at Munich Terminal 2 on 8-Sep at 14:55 from Cairo EgyptAir . (Biz Class)
Can I catch Airberlin Flight (No check through) Departing At Terminal 1 A at 16:35 to Hamburg (30 mins minimum check in closing time)?
Thank you in advance for your help

Munich is usually an efficient airport, but given that you are on two different tickets, 1.5h is cutting it really close. If anything goes wrong, e.g., if your flight from Cairo arrives only slightly late, you will not make it, especially if you have any checked baggage. I would not risk it.

If by 'no check through' you mean you are on a separate ticket then, if you miss your flight to Hamburg, Air Berlin is under no obligation to rebook you and you'll probably have to buy a new ticket. If all goes according to plan you have plenty of time, but things seldom do.
