Flight connection in Frankfurt
I bought a flight from Milan to Anchorage that includes a transfer in Frankfurt (1 h. 40 m. stopover)
I don't have to collect my luggage, but I heard from other travellers I won't get in Milan my boarding pass for the second leg of my flight (Frankfurt-Anchorage).
Could someone let me know what I have to go or to do in Frankfurt airport?
Have I to exit from the security aerea?
Is the time connection enough?
Thank you for your help!

Welcome to FT!
It would be helpful to know which airline(s) you are flying.
But if you have one ticket, then 1:40 should be doable. If your bags are checked all the way through to Anchorage, then you will just go through security. No need to go out (through immigration/border control) and come back in again.
Can I suggest you read this thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/miles...on-thread.html from the Lufthansa forum, particularly the first post which describes all the connection options and routes at Frankfurt.

I haven't transferred at FRA for a long time, but... are you sure that the OP would have to re-clear Security, having already gone through Security at another Schengen airport?

I just went through FRA a few days ago, transferring from Schengen flight on LH to non-Schengen flight on LH. I only had to go through passport control, but not security. My arrival time was around 1600 and my boarding time was 1650, departure time 1735. Believe it or not I made it to the lounge and even enjoyed a shower and some food before my flight, so yours should definitely be doable!
Amazingly, I got the exact same passport officer when going to OPO and again when returning from OPO...
