Layover / Connection in Frankfurt
I have a question is there any way to do a connection in Frankfurt in an hour and a half considering that the first flight is on time and is arriving T-1?
I am planning a trip to Florence for August from Atlanta via Frankfurt with Lufthansa, i saw that there is a layover of an hour and a half and i would like to know if with this time i can going through security and inmigration and do not lose my next flight.

In short, yes. If it is on one ticket, LH will get you to your connecting flight or schedule you on the next one if you miss it. You clear passport control in FRA and then proceed to your Schengen gate. Follow the signs for connecting flights/anschlussflge. An hour and a half is plenty of time.

that is what i thought i did something similar in Atlanta with that time last year that was a really rush.
Excellent link thank you.
As you are flying on LH, your question is probably better answered in the LH forum. But, 90 mins is fine. Take a look at this thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/miles...on-thread.html from the LH forum - the first post has all main points you need.

Passport control in Europe for "visitors" is usually less hassle than US immigration. In addition if you arrive from the US there is normally no need for security clearance in FRA if you follow the signs for your departure gate.
