transit visa required for transfer?
Traveling DME>FRA>SPU , switching from LH to OU - would one need a transit visa in Germany?
Russian citizens do not need visa to Croatia for the season, even though both are in Schengen.
thank you!
ps - its a single ITN, so luggage is probably checked in to the destination

Croatia is not a member of the Schengen-Area, so in FRA you will be able to stay within the non-Schengen part of the Airport (make sure to follow the signs - if you arrive at a passport control, you have gone wrong) and therefore not need a visa for Germany.

According to this list Russian nationals do not require an airport transit visa if they have a confirmed onward flight ticket and do not change terminals.

While you don't need a visa one should be aware that if you miss your flight you might end up having to spend the night in the terminal as people often can't get to an airport hotel without an visa.
