9hr Connection in MUC

I will be traveling ORD-MUC/MUC-HKG, with a 9-hour connection in MUC. While I want to take advantage of the long layover to see the city, I wonder if it's possible for me to access one of the lounges and take a shower before heading to the city (I have *A Gold status)?

You can use any of the SEN lounges at MUC with your *A Gold card and *A BP. The complete lounge directory and access rules are at lh.com:

Thanks. But what aren't those lounges located in the departure level? How do I get into the city (which requires passport control) after using the lounge there?

Simply pass through immigration and go to the train station or find a taxi.

I'm assuming from your post that you are traveling in Y, but if you are flying in C or F then your best best is the Welcome Lounge. Lots of info here:

The OP only has 9 hours, not enough for a side trip from MUC to FRA just to use the lounge...
