Resorts Atlantic City possible foreclosure

I noticed a news blurb on wcbs880.com, that Resorts is trying to stave off foreclosure--they have not made payments on their loans since October 2008.

Casinos rarely actually close

The bond holders just run them. Here, maybe they will close as the market is so down.

Foreclosure list

You never know who benefits - maybe an interested third party or silent investor. I use GovernmentAuctions.org to stay up to date with foreclosure listings - they update every day and you would be surprised what you can find on there. The AC FC is just the tip of the iceberg.
