Ability to Match Caesar Diamond with MGM Gold in 2023

Up until the end of 2022, one was able to match their Caesar rewards diamond status to MGM gold via on site visit to the MGM rewards desk. Does anyone know if it is still possible to complete the match in 2023? TIA.

I'm in Las Vegas right now, and matched my Caesars Diamond to MGM Gold at the Bellagio yesterday.

It is only one time casino loyalty card matching, your companion / partner can have a one time matching as well. There are other programs that will allow annual renewals

Thanks for the additional information. Had not heard of the one time match limit. I wonder if that would impact MGM partners like Hyatt. Sounds like a number of folks have previously used their Hyatt status to get MGM Gold (and vice versa) and then used the “merry go round” method to maintain both their MGM and Hyatt status.

Unfortunately, as of February 1, MGM is only matching Caesars Rewards Diamond to Pearl. Disappointing for sure.

If you were planning on keeping/renewing mLife Gold, then it shouldn't be too much effort to get there.
Esp since there's a 2x tier credit promo in Vegas this month.

You would still need the full 75k tier credits to make gold.

Per https://milestalk.com/the-status-mat...ar-after-year/ you can still do

Note that I think there is one remaining route on the Merry Go Round if you are near Atlantic City and have/can get the Wyndham Business Earner card which is:

Wyndham Business Earner Card >> Caesars Diamond >> Hard Rock Rock Royalty >> Ocean Prime >> MGM Gold (in person, lasts til June 30, 2023) >> Hyatt Explorist (online)

You do need to do this all in person except Hard Rock on… (You do match Wyndham to Caesars online, though you need to get the card in person.)

Yeah just spent the last week in Vegas and was only able to match to Pearl. Went ahead and matched just to get the free parking and ability to match to Hyatt Discoverist. Certainly nowhere near as good as MGM Gold but better than nothing.
