Consolidated Caesars 7*/Diamond Celebration Dinner Discussion Thread
Pretty short question: Is it possible to redeem the celebration dinner at a property neither in LV nor in AC, like the Harrah's New Orleans or the Harrah's Philly?

Yes -- the TR website mentions Laughlin and Tahoe, and I'm nearly certain I remember using it in Baltimore and Council Bluffs.

At most of the Las Vegas properties, all you need to do is present your card and they will automatically take it out of your account (and you know it is in $100 increments). At other properties, you need to go to the Total Rewards desk and ask for vouchers to present to your server so they can deduct them from your bill.
My host at Harrah's Joliet said that I could use mine there.

Yes. I've redeemed at Jack Binion's Steakhouse at Horseshoe SHV as well as restaurants in Vegas.

Best "Celebration Dinner" Restaurant?
So, now that we're coming to the end of the year, and with Diamond Status likely expiring in January, I'm thinking about a quick jaunt to Vegas to take advantage of my "celebration dinner" before it expires. In early 2020, we at at the Bachhanal Buffet, but my wife does not want to go there again. Any other recommendations for the best restaurant to use it? I had looked at Bally's Sterling Buffet, but they don't accept it there. We're not particularly looking for a buffet. In fact, my guess is that wifey will probably reject most buffets. Just looking for ideas and recommendations. . .

[pause to Google]
The Caesars help page for the Celebration Dinners has a PDF link to the participating restaurants: https://caesarsrewards.custhelp.com/...ation%20dinner
although that brings up a PDF with a QR code to scan for the list of restaurants

The QR code link is: https://qrco.de/bbpKvq
which has a list of restaurants, a small handful of which are highlighted in yellow with a footnote that says "*Please speak to your Casino Host or visit Caesars Rewards Center for 3rd party voucher redemption." so it sounds like they are still doing the conversion I mentioned above.
My LV play/stay is heavily skewed towards mLife these days, so it's been a while, but from past experiences Mon Ami Gabi, Eiffel Tower, Strip House would all be solid choices.

Most popular are probably Hells Kitchen, GR Steak, Giada, Nobu, and Old Homestead. If you're into fine dining then Guy Savoy works too but the $100 won't help much there. If you just want cocktails then Vanderpumps is popular too.

I missed earlier that OP said Diamond, not 7*. There is a different link/QR code for Diamond, that does not have the "contact your host/TR desk to exchange" language so maybe they'll only do that for 7*?
Here's the Diamond link: https://qrco.de/bbpILf
those are all good choices too (I haven't managed to make it to HK yet but have been to the others)
Also Martorano's, or if you want Asian, Beijing Noodle is good, and I haven't been but have heard good things about Mr. Chow. Sadly Rao's is closing.

Thanks all. I had looked at the participating restaurants that were linked with the QR code, but I had not dined at most of them before. I was just looking for opinions on which you thought were the best. Thank you for your responses. I remember that Mon Ami Gabi had a decent Sunday Brunch.
