Airport Preference

Has anyone who receives the Total Rewards offers for the free Laughlin trips ever chaged their airport preference for departure.? We moved 6 hours from where we used to depart from, way closer to another departure airport for them. Yet they tell us there is no way for them to change our departure city for future offers, that we need to drive the the 6 hours. Geesh.
