Hi everyone! I am fairly new to the Cosmopolitan's Identity program. I have been a member for approximately six months and am a few hundred points away from Gold status. I was assigned a host on my most recent trip, who has been very accommodating by comping any room charges at the end of our comped stay (the comped stay was through a casino marketing offer).

I am heading back there on another comped stay (also booked through a marketing offer) and was wondering if anyone has had luck obtaining a free room upgrade by contacting their host? The offer came with a one bedroom terrace suite but I'm hopeful that my host can upgrade me to a Wraparound Terrace Suite.

Also what other kinds of things has your Identity host been able to provide to you?

My host was able to increase my 2-night terrace studio offer to either 3 nights free in a terrace suite, or 2 nights in a wrap-around terrace suite (with the 3rd at the casino rate). I'm currently only Sterling.

Obviously YMMV based on play, but the moral is to indeed contact your host to see what he or she can do! It seems like they do have a fair bit of leeway here. (And from my limited experience, it does seem like they are much more liberal with waiving charges on moderate play than the other programs)
