"RFB" at harrahs ques.

From other posts here and in the the las forum, as well as info from harrahs agents I am confused about "RFB" offers.
I get the room comped up front; if I charge food and beverage (to my room) they will take these out of comp dollars first--if there are no comp dollars left (redeemed, say, for gift cards), in "reasonable" amounts, they (=harrahs) will pick up the tab--yes?
The agent I spoke with (on the phone), said they would look at my play on checkout and then make the decision.
Anyone have a more definitive answer?
[I "finally" made 7 Stars, if this means anything in the above discussion.]

You should probably talk to your host to confirm but what you describe is the norm for me as a Diamond/Paltinum player at PH. I usually give the host a call mid-stay as they can let you know what they can take care of once they see what you have been playing. This worked very well for me last time I was in Vegas as i was invited to a meet and great with Dennis Rodman and she also suggested that i take my companions out for a nice steak dinner at Strip House on them.

Give your host a call before leaving. Your comp points will be taken and the hosts are able to take care of the rest as long as your play is good. I've noticed tips always end up getting added to my CC bill but that's no big deal.

Note: As a Seven Star i am guessing you already have an assigned host, if not the seven star check in lounges usually have one there.

Congrats on 7* ^

In Atlantic City, for RFB at CET properties, the computer makes the decisions. If you disagree you see your host.

In Las Vegas, for RFB at CET properties, you review everything before departure with your host; or as per my previous trip to Paris Las Vegas, my host already reviewed everything before I looked at it, and 'got rid of' the F&B charges she deemed appropriate.

(Before MGM-Mirage went over to the mlife system, if you were given rfb as part of your offer, it meant that all charges for beverage and food charged to your room were comped^. [Since there was NO comp account to draw on first.])
BK, thanks for the info, so in Harrahs system, RFB, just means maybe for some stuff--unless you play a lot!
PS: In AC, the VIP check-in.check-out people, seem to have lots of "clout" as to what complimentaries you receive.

In Vegas, that is correct;

In Atlantic City, you are pre-qualified for a certain level of RFB; and when you charge back to your CET-property room-folio the computer determines how much it is going to pick up (usually 100%, if it's only 2 people and "reasonable" charges).
