From other posts here and in the the las forum, as well as info from harrahs agents I am confused about "RFB" offers.y on checkout and then make the decision.
Anyone have a more definitive answer?

In Atlantic City, for RFB at CET properties, the computer makes the decisions. If you disagree you see your host.
In Las Vegas, for RFB at CET properties, you review everything before departure with your host; or as per my previous trip to Paris Las Vegas, my host already reviewed everything before I looked at it, and 'got rid of' the F&B charges she deemed appropriate.
