Awful experience terribly handled

Full plane ready to go SJU-BWI. Woman starts to board and has diabetic emergency. 45 minute wait and then is carried to seat, can barely walk. Unsafe for her and delayed whole flight. All they had to do is say if you can’t board, you’ll get better help at terminal. Insane and dangerous. And delayed 200 people to endanger her.

It's Frontier. The gate agent probably said we can carry you on and sell you orange juice for your emergency, or forfeit your fare and have to repurchase new tickets.

Last month on a flight from CLE they had a pax screaming and yelling at a lap child next to her. 3-4 pax around row 5 got into a screaming match loud enough to hear from the back. FA forced captain to go back to gate. FAs and gate agent let her deplane and leave airport before police arrived. Gate agent never got the booted pax name. Other pax said duh, assigned seating, but agent said we can't go that because people sometimes change seats

The next flight from CLE a guy decided to sleep or pass out from drugs for an hour+ in the front lav. All 4 cabin crew screaming and yelling could barely revive him when they forced the door open during final descent. Once up, he refused to do anything but stand in galley. Crew awarded him a red "you're being arrested on the ground" card, which he threw at their feet. Fortunately that time police did meet at the gate. The offender pretended that the carry on bag under the seat in front of him wasn't his: "never seen this bag (with my ID and who knows what else) in my life"

They took a 45 minute delay but didn't call EMS to assist the passenger? What were they doing during that time? It seems we may not have the entire story. On the bright side, it seems like the flight arrived at BWI without further issues.
