Diamond Elite partial cancellation question
I've had no major issues in cancelling full itinerary for 5 passengers, booked under Diamond Elite.. Full refund on all 5 passengers back to credit card.
is it possible to remove a non diamond Elite passenger from existing reservation (so in this example down to 4) and get full refund on a single passenger (and retain existing booking without having to rebook?
