Booking Error - Message that my Frontier Miles # Doesn't Exist

BE AWARE when booking your ticket with online chat or phone, you will not be able to select The WORKS bundle if you're 100K elite.
And that's a huge difference, because you can no longer refund, change the flight
and THERE IS NO WAY the WORKS Bundle could be added later on.

Awesome, seems I'm a victim of lies from Frontier then.
The rep told me WORKS Bundle could not be added, they could not, and then WORKS Bundle could only be added when booking the ticket so that's it.
Also has a phone rep who has no idea if my ticket is eligible for refund or not, booked with WORKS bundle.
Typical Frontier.
