Agent Assistance on The Works ticket
As you may recall from booking a The Works ticket as Frontier 100K flyer, there are two radio button options
1. Self-Serve: I won't need assistance at the airport
2. $0.00 I will need assistance at the airport.
I always select #2, because why not?
Well, a few weeks ago, I wanted to drop off my bag and they insisted they needed to charge me $25 for agent assistance. I said, I'm a Frontier 100K and agent assistance is included on the tickets I book. The GM on duty was polite, but denied that this was true. We eventually worked it out, whatever.
But today, I booked another ticket. I again selected #2. But guess what? The email confirmation displays:
Self-Service $0.00 | No Pre-Purchased Airport Agent Assistance
The price is correct, yes. But that is very much not what I selected. So I guess the GM that day was right in that agent assistance wasn't included on my ticket. But I pretty clearly did select it -- for free.
Has anybody else noticed this?
