My agent added my FF# with the ticket purchase at the airport.
In your case, can't you add your FF# to your confirmation # online yourself? Then you will be eligible for all your status benefits, by which you can add free bags and seats online.

next time, I'll insist that my FF# to be added at the airport counter; that agent who sold me the tickets likely didn't know or take the time to look...

thx, gtk that FF# can be added at the airport counter; so not sure why the agent said can't add despite my asking more than once 🤔; while being able to add the booking # to my FF# online, the system certainly showed fees for bags & seats addition; online agent said he can't add them via chat & asked me to call in; then finally, it was done after 1 hr on hold 😐
