Props to Frontier

Found out this morning I needed to be in Philly tonight. Frontier and United were my only 2 options. United wanted almost $750 and Frontier was $150. Chose Frontier.

luckily I had a middle seat free, multiple announcements regarding face masks (which I saw everyone wear the entire flight), a fairly blunt but friendly message that their would be no service on the 90 minute flight, but water for sale if you pressed the call button.

flight left early, arrived early, two passes to pick up any trash during the flight.

all in all its not first class on a fancy airline, but the price, sensibility of both staff and passengers, and the overall experience was quite pleasant.

Haven't flown the recently but I always thought their in flight product was pretty good, regardless of how bad their customer service can be at times.

Well, they're nicer than Spirit...

I bought the $2.99 Dasani bottle on my recent 4-hour flight, but I can easily see those running out if you don't pounce quickly. Cabin air is dry and you can get pretty parched on the longer hauls. Also, lots of concessions at the airport are closed, though some are coming back to life.
