frontier credit rebook question
I booked a trip on April for a family of four with Kids flyfree. Unfortunately, I took the bait to take the extra 200 credit plus the ticket face (trip+luggage) value and cancelled the ticket. Now it is close to 90 days so I had to use them to book a trip. So when I tried to book the tickets with the same family (not kids flyfree) and a luggage, (with or without discount den), I was never able to get the confirmation. I tried a few times, each time showed my credit correctly and my trip correctly. It just never gave confirmation number and I can't see the trip either. When I tried to call Frontier and could never reach them over the weekends and I planned to call them again over the phone on Monday.
Can anyone give me some suggestion on what went wrong?
1) the original was kids free, maybe I can't use on them this time?
2) I can't use the credit on luggage?
3) I can't use credit on den membership? ( though I tried with and without den and both failed
Thanks in advance.

Credit works on luggage and seats, not sure on the kids. Just make sure you are adding them to your purchase, they may not allow you to use credit after a confirmation code is issued.
Discount memberships are definitely not going to work with credit. Even in good times I tried and they refused, saying its "a different department". They probably book that revenue to a marketing department or something non-aviation to avoid taxes and regulations. Back in the day I had a similar problem with Spirit and getting their $9 fare club with some credits I had that were going to waste.

Just an update for people to share:
I was finally able to get through the phone line. As painful as the wait time was, it was actually nice talking with the representative.
1) all of us on the original ticket was booked without additional charge. he never even mentioned 25 dollars after I stated the issue from web.
2) not sure about the den membership.
3) the credit would cover the luggage, but way more expensive than online. though I really should have used it because I still can't use the remaining credit on the web booking and it scared me to give them another call.
