CLE South Florida flights
Looks like flights from CLE to MIA, PBI,and FLL depart late afternoon or early evening. Timing not good people like to leave early in the morning when heading to these places.

Turns out that "people" also head from Florida to CLE. Who knew?
Bottom line is that this is all about aircraft utilization. If F9 moves the CLE-MIA flight to the morning, some other flight in the system (or more) have to be retimed. Which ones should those be?
