How can I avoid renewing Discount Den?
Hi -
I will not be able to fly Frontier for awhile. My Discount Den renewal is coming up so I won't need it. I am trying to find somewhere on the website to opt-out of it but can't find it.
Any help from FT to point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

There are instructions on cancelling in the terms and conditions: https://www.flyfrontier.com/deals/di...s/?mobile=true
I was able to cancel online. It will stay active until it expires even if you cancel early.

Hi -
Thanks for responding. I saw the T&Cs you highlighted, but I could not find an "Unsubscribe" button or any link of any kind on the home page or on the MyFrontier page.
And I still can't.

You could also remove your payment method from your profile and it won't renew.

In the past I have easily cancelled online but this time when I went to cancel a few days before renewal it showed I was no longer a Discount Den member. There was even an option to sign up again. I thought it was strange because I had written myself a note to cancel on this day but chalked it up to their terrible website. I also deleted all forms of payment from my wallet. Well guess what - today I see the charge pending on my credit card and when I log in it shows me as a member again. Pretty sneaky.
