Question Frontier from Chicago ORD

With carry-on baggage only and boarding pass in hand, does anyone know if TSA will let me go through security at the domestic terminal so that I can then take the airside Terminal Transfer Bus (TTB) bus to T5? I'm taking the blue line to ORD, and this seems like an easier option compared to getting to T5 and clearing security there.

I don't know about specifically at ORD, but I've gone through TSA to the 'wrong' terminal many times at different airports and have never had a problem. They sometimes tell me I'm in the wrong place but they let me through after I explain the reason.

I THINK this will work, but not sure how much better it is depending on the time of day. The transfer bus stops are at the end of concourses B, G, K, and L, none of which are all the convenient to any TSA security area, and either way you end up riding a bus to the international terminal
