Flight time changed without notice
First time flying Frontier on a route that is only 3x a week it seems. One flight a day. Original flight time was 3pm, I have a printed itinerary that shows this as I did this at the airport to save on the bogus online ticketing fee.
Fast forward a few months as Im nearing my flight date, and the time is now 1:30pm. I checked my emails, no notice at all.
Make sure you monitor your bookings! A few minutes change here and there I can understand, 90 minutes becomes significant. Luckily it still works, but if it had gone the other direction (later) it could have been a mess.

Every flight we’ve booked with Frontier has had the flight time changed. One changed early enough that we now have to pay for a hotel the night before and maybe the night we come back. I did receive an email each time and was given a chance to cancel the ticket if the time was no longer convenient. The flights that only changed a few minutes, I was not given an option to cancel. Maybe call them and see if you are signed up for emails or make sure it didn’t go in your trash/spam folder.

There are some USA DOT regulations stating that you have the right to a refund if the schedule change is large enough (in either direction).

Did you provide Frontier with your email address when you booked at the airport or via their website after the fact? I've always received automated schedule change emails even for flights that only changed by a few minutes. Many complaints about mysterious schedule changes boil down to the airline not having contact information for the passenger.
