Squishable Personal Item
I am flying from ORD to SJD via Frontier.
I have a ruksack style backpack that is larger then 18x14x8. It has a nice hip belt, padded straps, and plenty room for when I'm out of the plane. Can I bring this backpack if it is only half full and very easily squishes down to the needed size? There would be a lot of extra room in the pack.
Loose it is about 22 x 12 x 10, but again would only be about half full and non-ridged.
