Frontier Early Returns number not valid

Good day all,
Recently I applied for Frontier Barclays Mastercard. When trying to enter my current Earlyreturns number it kept telling me number invalid. I just applied without the number and merged accounts with Frontier on the phone.
I signed up with Wyndham Rewards and was trying to add my Earlyreturns number on the Wyndham website to earn miles instead. Website kept telling me my number was invalid. I spoke with Frontier on the phone the person kept trying to have me add zeros on each end of the number then I was transferred 3 times. Finally said they couldn't help me. Spoke with Wyndham rewards tried to enter number said it was invalid. After an hour and a half on the phone I got nowhere.
Does anybody have an advice or a solution of why the Earlyreturns number is not working? I am at your mercy. Thank you for your time.

Same problem with "Thanks Again'.
I just tried to sign up for "Thanks Again" today and got the same thing.
Perhaps it's a problem with their system which will get sorted out eventually.
Some time ago a person at Frontier told me there were 2 different Early Returns Numbers numbers, the one that shows on the tickets and on the website and a second one that is internal to their systems.

Perhaps it's a problem with their system which will get sorted out eventually.

I got the follow response from Thanks Again:
We are working on the technical issue that caused an error in Frontier Early Returns members registering for a Thank Again membership. We are working very closely with Frontier to resolve this issue. You will be notified via email when the issue has been resolved. We thank you for your patience.
