MIA based & 40,517 mi / agent can't explain...
Wanted rt MIA -- Puerto Vallarta;
agent said one direction = 20Kmi US or int'l;
but said MIA -- PV not possible;
couldn't explain why not via 1 stop each direction...
any advice-explanation appreciated!!!

Probably because the MIA-DEN flight arrives in DEN after the DEN-PVR flight has left and they do not allow stop overs on awards. Why I don't know, dems the rules.
