Bags missing, Frontier completely unresponsive

Bags missing, Frontier completely unresponsive
After a short flight from SNA to DEN, our bags disappeared. We registered with the baggage office and they assured us the bags would be delivered later in the evening. Next morning, no bags. Called DEN baggage office and got a machine, so we left a message, no response for several hours. Called and left another message, still no response. Called the reservations line and spoke with a supervisor, who did some checking and then told me I have to wait for the baggage office to call back. Now it's been two days, and still absolutely no communication from Frontier and no bags. We were supposed to have a picture done for my parents 50th anniversary, but we can't because all the clothes are in the bags. Now we have to go buy new clothes. Does anybody have any suggestions on how we can get Frontier to at least give us an update on our bags? The form we received from the baggage office says we will receive a call with an update every day for five days until they find the bags, but they have been completely in-communicado. So frustrating. Any help or advice on how to proceed is greatly appreciated.
