Frustrated
Hey Frontier, the web site sucks, I put in the info and it freezes. I tried calling reservations, on hold for 30 minuntes just music. Then the person who answered cut me off before she gave me the information I needed.
Also the web site has no date calander.

When I can actually get to a log on screen and enter my info I get:
"Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

FYI, Frontier is switching reservations systems and there are a few bugs, if you can I'd wait till Monday to look up fares, etc. Also the site does have a calendar, it just wasn't working earlier it is now, but again try to wait till Monday.

It might need to do make up for the loss of ticket sales from today and the last few days. I don't think Frontier's fares are even showing up on the 3rd party booking sites (kayak, orbitz) at the moment.

The site is more stable (as of yesterday night) for booking purposes. Yesterday morning, I was getting different glitches on the browsers Chrome, Firefox included.
However, for the $39 deal sale today and yesterday, it doesn't show which market pairs are receiving these deals. I just checked around and saw LAS-DEN and DEN-ORD yesterday. Some of those low fare buckets got filled within the day, so a $39 DEN-ORD flight in the morning would show as $153 later in the day. But is there a list based on market?
Are they using a Times New Roman font for the Departure City/Destination City textboxes? The font choice on the main page (grey input box with the textboxes) is somewhat strange and small.
The good from this change is the site can be quite fast at times. Also, it's easy to see how many award miles work for a route on a given day. I like Spirit's site better as it's spiffy, but prefer booking on Frontier.

They've also got a huge image banner on the home page that's improperly scaled, a relatively large file size, and slow to load even over the CDN they are using.
The IT team at Frontier needs to go to Web School 101. It's certainly not up to the standard for an airline e-commerce site.
