Crediting miles to AS/AA?

Frontier's website says that it has "air partnerships" with AS and AA, does this mean that Frontier miles/segments can be credited to AS/AA at 100%? If flying <500 miles, will that segment be credited as 500 miles or the actual miles?

'Air partnerships' for AS and AA means interline ticketing, not crediting Frontier-operated flights to AS Mileage Plan or AA AAdvantage.

So how does one book an itinerary with an F9 flight segment and an air partnership? Is there any way to do this on line to compare flight times and fares?
