Elites and ULCCs generally don't mix, whether Frontier will break that trend and give value to elites for loyality I don't know. If I were to venture to guess I would think that only Summit members will recieve any value of any real consequence however as you say removing free TV for elites including Summits doesn't help chances of it.

The one big thing I do believe that will be different is I do think F9 will continue to offer 3 different fares with bundled features probably won't be as a good value as they are now but will probably remain as somewhat of a value.

The bottom line is that Frontier couldn't exist in the way it was going before and would likely cease to exist today if it had continued along that path. This is unfortunate but reality. It does offer some value to vacation travelers and does employ people. It probably doesn't offer value to elites anymore
