Since only a handful of F9's fleet is now owned, it would be up to the lessor to make the call on the winglets.

There are retrofit kits for the 320's and the 319s and most of the F9 fleet is young enough to qualify. There are a few older build 320's that come on second hand that are too early builds to be equipped with winglets.
Since only a handful of F9's fleet is now owned, it would be up to the lessor to make the call on the winglets.
