Denver to Montego Bay
While there has been no press release that I have seen, Frontier has announced on Facebook that it is starting service - at last - DEN-MBJ.
It's weekly, at least initially, Sunday service, beginning at Christmas. It is Frontier scheduled, although (I believe) Apple will be taking some seats through a CPA.
It's been a while in the making. Jeff Potter first suggested it for Frontier back in about 2003.

Here's a brief report from the Denver Post: http://www.denverpost.com/business/c...denver-jamaica
Frontier Airlines will soon be flying from its Denver hub to Montego Bay, Jamaica, making it Denver International Airport's ninth country with nonstop access.
The route's new fares were posted on Sunday for flights beginning Dec. 22 and happening weekly. The new route marks Denver's only nonstop service to Jamaica and the airport's only nonstop winter route to the Caribbean.
"We are very pleased Frontier Airlines is adding new service between Denver and Montego Bay," Kim Day, DIA's manager of aviation, said in a news release. "Denver's first-ever nonstop service to Jamaica means that Denver International Airport will have service to 23 international destinations in nine countries, increasing the strength of Denver as a connecting hub."
Daniel Shurz, Frontier's senior vice president of commercial, said in a news release that the flight adds another international route to the airline's other destinations out of Denver, including five destinations in Mexico; San Jose and Liberia, Costa Rica; and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, which Frontier flies to seasonally in the summer months.
