Ticket bought on Priceline - only using return leg. Possible?

I bid on a ticket on Priceline SLC to ATL and got a great price. Now I've had a couple of things cancel and can fly out five days earlier. I'd like to buy a separate ticket to leave earlier, but still use the Priceline/Frontier ticket for the return trip.

Is there anyway I can contact Frontier and not have them cancel the entire ticket if I don't use the outbound portion?

What I've done in the past is flown the inbound leg and then cancelled the outbound after I was already at the destination. This way there is no possibility of confusion.

Unfortunately I want to keep the return leg and not use the outbound leg so I can leave earlier. Ah, the perils of Priceline I suppose.

The best advice is to pick up the phone and make that dreaded call. Make yourself comfortable as you will be in for a long wait.

Long wait? Heck, I couldn't even get through for an hour since the line was busy.

Between the fare sale, website features not working, and the hail damage/thunderstorm cancellations and rebookings I'm sure this is about the worst possible time to try to call in.

Called last night. After a 50 minute wait, I was able to pay the change fee and get an earlier flight. Fact that the ticket was bought through Priceline didn't even come up. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.
