Change in F9 policy

It looks like Frontier will be more lenient with customers who must cancel or change a reservation, due to a serious illness. Policy revision, due to take effect this week, involves change fees.

What other changes are upcoming, and are they being initiated to be more competitive against WN?

Nice gesture on F9's part, but I have a feeling a lot more people will become seriously ill in the near future.

Elimination of all change fees might be a good place to start.

Especially if they want to more closely compete with an agressive WN in both MKE and DEN.

Of course, that would be a revenue hit to F9, and they can't really afford that right now.
