Pilots representation election results

The NMB rejected Republic Airways Holdings and Republic Pilots Council (FAPA)'s request to stop or delay the representation vote. The votes have been counted

IBT 1,692
RPC 643

IBT is fully expected to be certified tomorrow as the official bargaining unit for the pilots of Republic Airways Holdings.

One of the NMB rulings being used for argument in this matter are 1993 Shuttle/USAirways over ownership and single carrier status.

This is not official until tomorrows certification.

What are the implications of the agreement with FAPA on concessions?

According to that post they definitely did by requesting that the Single Transportation System ruling be redone given the restructuring they are doing.

Sorry..it looks like my question, which was meant to be a rhetorical lead, did not come off that way.
