How do I get a refund?

I bought a Classic Plus ticket for travel between Kansas City and DCA. I did not take the flight as there was a 50-50 chance I would not have to go. That is why I bought a Classic Plus fare.

How do I get a refund?

I could not get through to reservations to call and cancel nor get any info on a refund.

Does anyone know a better number to call to reach someone or a way to get a refund.

If you did not call F9 and cancel your ticket prior to the departure of your flight, you may be SOL. Since I'm not exactly sure, you'll want to contact your travel agent who can make changes to your electronic ticket, or F9 reservations at 800-4321-FLY (800-432-1359).

You can use your ticket toward the purchase of future travel for up to one year from the original issuing date. If you choose not to put the unused ticket toward future use, we'll gladly give you a refund. For more information, contact our Reservations Department at 800-4321-FLY (800-432-1359). You can contact your local travel agent, send us your request via FAX (414-294-5524) or send correspondence to:

Frontier Airlines, Inc.
Attn: Ticketing/Refunds
555 Air Cargo Way
Milwaukee, WI 53207

Any airport ticket office may also process the refund for a Classic Plus ticket. If the ticket was paid by cash or check the refunded amount will be mailed via corporate check to the passenger.
