Changing a booking

Hey Guys!

Have made a classic booking with Frontier Airlines just looking at the possibility of changing the inbound date of my trip. While the website tells me there will be a $50 plus changes in cost fee. It doesn't show how you to achieve this.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers!

Pick up the telephone. Dial 800 432-1359.

Say existing reservation when prompted.

RSVP is right. Currently, exchanges are facilitated through the call centers. Just to clarify your original post, Classic AirFairs can be exchanged for a $50 fee plus any fare difference (if applicable). A friendly Reservations Agent will be happy to help you at 800-432-1359.

...and if the new ticket is less expensive than the old one? Do you forfeit the difference in fare, or is it returned in a form of a voucher? Frontier site is not clear on the point.

In instances where new fares are less expensive the difference is forefited (as the original fare is non-refundable). In those very rare istances reservations agents try to bump passengers to Classic or Classic Plus AirFairs when possible.
