Website problems?

Earlier, though, I did come across the "My Bookings" option, which is much like the "Manage Reservations" option on the YX site. However, after I entered my PNR and name, where indicated, it just timed out. At least it looks like the function should be available., which is good news.
Now, I can get to the FF page, which shows my account number, but no account history, no mileage balance, no upcoming reservations - all which were displayed this morning. There is, however, the following message:
Welcome . This is the place to start. From here you can see a summary of your account, update your profile, find out program details and more. We're delighted to have you.

Mine is working too. They even have my reservation loaded that kept disappearing on the Midwest site. I think we should all get some bonus miles after going through an upgrade and change of website. LOL

It's working now. My reservations are still missing, however.
I heard three different estimates on when they would be restored when I called yesterday.
This afternoon, the next few days and never. The rep that said Never told me since they were booked at the Midwest site, they would never transfer.

I suspect that they're trying to push through changes and fixes today which were problematic and/or were rolled back over the weekend. As they do that, we might see it temporarily unavailable again, or with varying levels of information until they get it ironed out.
System conversions are what I do for a living, and working with the 24-hour systems can be the most miserable because there's immediate impact. I used to be actively involved in the Debit/ATM card piece of projects, and occasionally it was days before everything was in line. Usually there were contingencies so that customers were not left stranded and every time a fix was attempted, there were always a couple minutes of down time when they swtiched to the "live" system, and then if it didn't work a couple of minutes until things were rolled back. Usually during one of those brief periods, the wife of a bank officer or board member would be using her debit card for a purchase and be denied, and we'd hear about it.
The one not-as-bad-as-it-could-be thing about the current up and down of the FF profile is that it doesn't seem to be affecting any other functionality. So many people won't be affected, and I would guess that if we on this board were just average joes we probably wouldn't have need or inclination to go into our Frontier profiles on this particular day. I haven't been in my Delta profile in probably two months, and I just flew them the other day.
I have an acquaintence who works in HQ in Indy and she mentioned they had a number of changes and upgrades coming in their internal systems, though she wasn't clear if it was specifically this weekend or a different one. These are probably busy times for the IT people.

Still not able to transfer over Midwest booking to profile on F9 under MM account.
The following message comes up, after entering PNR:
I can view the same itinerary, however, under the ER account, with the F9 PNR.
The following message comes up, after entering PNR:
A 50x server error was received attempting to serve your request, indicating that either the server is currently unable to handle the request or the request timed out waiting for a response. The error may have been due to a temporary issue and therefore you could try to access the web address again.

I wonder if it bombs because you're trying to attach the same PNR to two different profiles?
Or maybe it edit checks the FF number you have on the reservation against the FF number on the profile?
In the past (and this is the MM world of course) if Brian and I were booked on the same PNR, and both our FF numbers were on the individual reservations, I could attach that single PNR to both his profile and to mine. But if they were booked as separate PNR's, I couldn't attach his to mine (for example) because the FF number (his) didn't match the FF number on the profile (mine). Maybe that kind of issue will prevent you from having that one PNR attached to both your ex-MM profile and your new-ER profile?

I still can't get in. A few hours downtime is fine, but several days? Maybe the CEO at F9 isn't praying hard enough or Jesus is sending him a message?
