DEN - ORF

Does anyone know how Virgina Beach is doing for F9? Always seemed like a strange route to me since they introduced it.

I wonder if F9 has ever considered a DEN-BMI route. I flew DL from BMI-MSP this week and the airport was packed.

Other cities served included ATL (on both DL and FL), DFW, ORD, DTW, and MCO. It seems a route further west could work as you'd pick up all of the traffic from Danville to Peoria and in-between who currently drive to either Chicago or St. Louis to catch a direct flight west.

They don't fly DEN-ORF, they fly DEN-PHF (Newport News). It's not every day, but it does fairly well, I think. It was originally going to be E-190, but they upgraded to A319 right away.

I believe the routes has done extremely performance very well. Maybe F9 will increasing the frequency from 4x weekly to became daily R/T. F9 will kept those routes will became goes for year-round long.

Good catch azstar. I was thinking Virginia Beach in my head and totally screwed up the correct airport designator.
