Unable to view My Reservations?

I have been getting an error since last week when trying to view my reservations on the Frontier site. Has anyone else had this problem?

The error is:

The requested URL /cookies.do was not found on this server.

I used to get this all of the time. It was something to do with my internet security settings, or cookies, or both. Unfortunately, I don't remember what the fix was.

I called the Summit telephone # and they transferred me to someone on the web technical team that resolved the issue for me. You might try the same.

If you booked one or more flights as Frontier, and one or more as Midwest, whether operated by Frontier or not, you cannot view your reservation on either website. That will continue until the Midwest computer system is consolidated with Frontier's, the beginning of October they're saying. Don't know if that's your issue.

I've cleared out my browser cache and cookies, as well as tried using a different browser (IE instead of Firefox) and I'm still getting the error. All segments are booked through Frontier's site. This sounds like a problem on their side, but if that were the case I'd think others would have it as well... are you able to view your reservations right now without the error?

+1
The web support desk at Midwest has always been very helpful; supposedly,
F9 should also be able to provide some good support.

I just went online and was able to pull my reservations for the next two weeks up without any problem.

I'm having the same problem, as well... you're not alone.

If you are flying Frontier (maybe Midwest, but I haven't checked) go to http://www.virtuallythere.com to look up your reservation.

That site hasn't been able to display a reservation booked at the Midwest site for the past few months. Even if you have a Frontier record locator.

I get an error when trying to pull up any individual reservation from the My Bookings page. Although the search looks like it's going to a secure page (i.e., https), when I get the error message the Url is on a nonsecure page (http).

As a workaround I have found that if I manually insert the 's' (http --> https) in the address on that error page, the page reloads and displays the booking. I presume this results from some coding problem on Frontier's end.
