My money is on a divert to Midway.
It seems that most of Airtran's flights ended up there. It looked like a CoEx flight went to MSN, and an F9 flight ended up in Kenosha.

Also represents nearly an entire summer's worth of rain at MKE.

Some parts, 5.6 recorded at the airport. You should have seen it, an amazing sight.

Pretty good use of the snowblowers. But it seems when watching them that they are just blowing it back into the same spot.

As far as I know, all airlines everywhere in the US will refund your money if your flight is canceled for any reason.

the weather alerts on my phone just chirped regarding another 1-3 inches of rain tonight. We only got about 3 inches of rain yesterday, but combined with the fact that we've had 10 inches over the past 10 days, even that can't help saturated ground. Thankfully its been a warm sunny day to help dry out things. Unfortunately its been a sunny warm humid day (dew point here is nearly 80) and that will cause the storms to be especially nasty.
