Booking of Frontier

It has always me made wonder, when do you get to pick your seats on Frontier.com. Also, once you select your seats are you able to change them online after they are confirmed (ie. Continental, or Delta) or are their policies like America West? Also, why is it when you are on Expedia, Orbitz, or Travelocity you can never preview F9 seats? I have always wanted an excuse to use Frontier, but I want to know if I can just use Expedia, or do I have to do it on Frontier.com to get to see a seat map, and pick my own seats? Please help me. Also, the website says they have Disney Movies, which are $5. I am assuming that this $5 includes the DirecTV, and all the other features or is just for the movie? Will someone please clearify this for me? Sorry for all the stupid questions. I just want to book a flight with Frontier (I always go with the cheapest/shortest flight--hence I take WN alot for Nonstops, and cheap fares!)

Long Live: Southwest, Frontier, Continental, American, Delta, United, America West, Northwest, and Last but not least MESA for there many years at ABQ! Albuquerque International Sunport

I am not up to speed with the online functions/options, perhaps others will better assist. I can tell you that the forward rows of the aircraft tend to be held under airport control, so if you check-in early enough, you can probably obtain a more desirable seat if needed. However, the first few rows also are reserved for disability/special assist passengers and Frontier's Summit/Ascent EarlyReturns frequent flyers.

Regarding the inflight service, the $5 charge is for the DirecTV **or** the movie(s). If you pay $5 for the TV service, that is what you will get. If you pay $5 for the desired movie, that is what you will get. The fee is for one or the other but not both. Flight attendants make a few announcements on board so there is generally no confusion.

Overall, you should book Frontier if you haven't experienced them yet. I think you'll find great people who help make the overall experience rather enjoyable. The newer, more comfortable aircraft is just an added bonus.
