Changing reward tickets
A few weeks ago, I was flying from SEA to DEN on EarlyReturns Miles. Booking the ticket was one of the easiest rewards I've ever done. There was one strange factor though: to change the ticket at the counter would cost 100$. to call the rewards office and change it is free. Any reason why they would do this?
