Delays with Frontier MC miles posting?

I've been a Frontier MC holder for nearly a year now and my miles have always posted regularily on the 22nd of every month - the day after my billing period closes.

However, this past months bill has not posted and nearly 2 weeks has past since my credit card billing cycle has closed.

I called Juniper (the bank) and they apparently confirmed that they were sending the miles to the correct F9 acct There wasn't a note in their system stating there would be a delay though but the CSR mentioned this process could take up to 30 days.

Since i'm waiting on >10K miles, I'm getting a bit anxious. Has anyone else noticed such a delay?

Regards,
-g

Well, since my credit card purchases *and* the flight I took this past weekend haven't posted yet, I dropped Frontier airlines a call. Apparently, Juniper did send over the miles to Frontier promptly. However, Frontier Early Returns is in the midst of changing over their systems and this is what's causing the mileage posting to be delayed. They have the requests from Juniper on which accts to credit so it's only a matter of time for them to get everything up and running.

This changeover should be complete "any day now." I guess we just have to wait and see.

As of today 10/10, my mastercard miles have posted on Frontier's website with a "posting date of 9/21/04".

My wife's bonus for balance transfer took over 2 months (in September). Mine posted a few days after the end of the billing cycle (last week).
